Preparing for the Event

Discuss with Event Hosts the type of ambiance and vibe they want for their event.  Discuss if equipment is needed or if you need to just come with a laptop.  Special directions for set up, and a pre-prepared playlist of special songs for your event.  Learn all details regarding the Event Host's event in order to ensure a successful event!

Coordinating Set-up and Breakdown

Use our messaging system to arrange the details of your event set and breakdown. Let your DJ know if you’ll greet them in person or an event planner will greet you to help you get situated.

Being flexible and music requests 

During the event, be flexible to event music requests and help facilitate and announcements.  

Writing reviews

Genuine reviews are the cornerstone of GRUUVV's trusted community. You have 14 days to write a review and share comments about your experience with your DJ. Your Event Host also have the opportunity to review you too!
