Once you know where you’re having an event and the location of the event, you'll be able to start looking for a DJ and book them for your event!
Before the Event
Send a message to your DJ to tell the DJ the event information and your music expectations regarding the event. Once you find the right DJ and book them though the Gruuvv portal you would discuss event details with your DJ. Details like dress code, equipment needs, and arrival details like where the DJ should set up at the venue should be discussed.
We'll send you an email that includes your event itinerary, receipt, and DJ contact information. You can also view your booking details, alter your plans, or cancel your DJ booking from the My Events section on your personal account page.
After your Event
Write a review about your DJ, so other Event Hosts can learn through your experience. Your DJ will also have a chance to write a review for you, too. Then, for your next event pick the same DJ or find a different DJ on GRUUVV!
